- Chambres au 1 er étage d’une surface de 13 et 12 M2
- Chambres au 2 eme étage d’une surface de 12 M2 et une chambre en mezzanine d’une surface de 10 M2 au sol et mezzanine de 16M2.

Une salle de bain avec douche balnéothérapie au Rdc et une salle de bain au 2eme étage avec cabine de douche et wc.

Le salon dispose d’une télé et la cuisine est entièrement équipée elle mesure 30 M2.
Une buanderie avec lave linge et wc séparé se trouve après la cuisine.
La Wifi et à disposition dans toute la maison

La maison est en double vitrage et bien exposée.

Elle se situe à 7 minutes en vélo du chu et à 5 en vélo de Lille.
Possibilité de faire les visites le soir à partir de 19h et le dimanche après midi vers 16h.
