Appartement meublé de 67 m² situé au 4ème étage (dernier étage) refait à neuf, calme, très lumineux et optimisé en rangement.

Appartement comprenant :
- une entrée avec porte d’entrée blindée;
- un WC ;
- une salle de douche (grande douche, vasque, colonne de rangement, lave-linge séchant) ;
- une pièce de vie (canapé d’angle, TV, tables basses de salon, table avec rallonges et 4 chaises, réfrigérateur/congélateur, lave-vaisselle, plaque à induction, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain et appareil à raclette);
- un balcon (2 tables extérieures et 4 chaises) ;
- un placard aménagé (étagères, penderie, étendoir, table à repasser, fer à repasser, aspirateur) ;
- de 3 chambres ayant une superficie de 9m², 10 m² et 11m².
Dans chaque chambre, fermant à clé, il y a un lit 2 places 140*200cm avec des tiroirs de rangement, une couette 220*240cm, 2 coussins 60*60cm, une armoire (étagères + penderie), un bureau, une chaise de bureau, un rangement pour livres et des rideaux occultants.

Des places de parking sont disponibles au pied de l’immeuble.

A proximité de l’appartement vous trouverez :
- les Universités, les grandes écoles (Néoma, UniLaSalle), du Greta et du CFA ;
- le centre aquatique Eurocéane et des complexes sportifs ;
- les commerces de la place Colbert et de la place de Coquets ;
- les arrêts de TEOR T1 et bus F2 pour un accès direct au centre-ville de Rouen et à la gare de Rouen.

Il est demandé aux futurs occupants des lieux de prendre soin des meubles et du bien mis à disposition.
L’appartement est non-fumeur (il est toutefois possible de fumer sur la terrasse) et les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

La provision de charges comprend : l’eau froide et chaude, l’électricité, le chauffage collectif au sol, l’abonnement internet (fibre) et les charges de copropriété.

Un dépôt de garantie de 2 mois de loyer hors charges est demandé ainsi qu’au moins un garant par locataire.
