Vous êtes étudiant/e à l'Université Paris-Saclay et recherchez un lieu où confort et tranquillité se rencontrent ? Nous vous proposons une chambre dans un appartement meublé situé dans une rue piétonne de la ville d'Orsay, à l'écart du bruit.

Le logement, partagé avec un étudiant en première année de Mathématiques/Physique, comprend deux chambres et dispose de WIFI haut débit et d'un spacieux salon-salle à manger, ainsi que d'une terrasse intérieure calme.

Tout est calme, mais tout est proche. Les commerces, l'arrêt de bus et la station RER B Orsay Ville se trouvent à seulement 3 minutes à pied, et l'Université Paris-Saclay à 5 minutes de marche. Rien ne vous fera perdre ce temps si précieux pour vos études.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée, et il y a un petit dégagement avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Et si vous avez une voiture, il est possible de louer une place de parking au sous-sol de l'immeuble.

Il est bien difficile de trouver mieux !
