En 2020, mon frère et moi décidions d'acquérir un appartement sur la Côte d'Azur, région à laquelle nous sommes attachés depuis l'enfance. Ayant fait nos études entre Nice et Marseille, nous avons rapidement saisi cette opportunité à Juan-les-Pins pour accompagner les étudiants dans leur parcours universitaires.
