La maison se situe rue gérard blot 33400 Talence, bien désservie par les transports en commun, à moins de 2 min à pied des Lignes Bus
- 10 (direct Kedges crep’s école archi....)
- 20 place de la victoire
- 43 (pour aller au tram)

et à moins de 10 min à pied du TRAM B arrêt forum.

La barrière de Toulouse avec ces commerces (supérette, pharmacie, tabac press, boulangerie, McDo....) sont au bout de la rue.

La maison dispose en partie commune:
- une grande cuisine totalement équipée (électroménager, vaisselle, ustensile..) séparée où vous pourrez prendre vos repas,
- un grand salon meublé avec Tv,
- une buanderie avec lave linge-séchant
- 3 salles de bain
- 2 wc indépendants (1 au rdc et 1 à l'étage).

- Un grand local à vélo ainsi qu'un box de stockage sont un plus!
