ATTENTION: Deux chambres de 13m² sont disponibles dans cette colocation et pour une seule personne par chambre!!!!

Appartement de près de 100 m² situé dans le Quartier du Conservatoire en face du centre commercial X% (Cora, Macdo, village automobile, Boulanger ...) dans un petit immeuble sécurisé de 4 étages. L'appartement est exposé plein sud.

Il possède de nombreux rangements, cinq grandes chambres dont une donnant sur un grand balcon filant, salle à manger , une grande cuisine avec espace bar, une loggia , 2 salle de bain avec 2 WC séparés.

Il y a 5 chambres occupées par 5 hommes dont un qui part.
Les colocataires en place sont des étudiants en thèse et jeunes actifs âgés de 21 à 26 ans.

Grand parking au pied de la résidence pour stationnement! Local vélos sécurisé!

Il n'y a pas de salon partagé mais la cuisine est assez grande et équipée avec espace repas. Il y a aussi un grand balcon et une loggia pour profiter du beau temps.

La buanderie est équipée d'un grand lave linge et d'un grand sèche linge.

La salle à manger: table de 6 personnes + chaises

Le ménage des parties communes est fait par une femme de ménage chaque semaine !

Je fournis tout le linge de lit (drap, housse de couette, taies, oreillers).

Loyer charges comprises. Les charges comprennent : ménage des parties communes de l'appartement une fois par semaine, Chauffage, électricité, gaz, internet très haut débit, taxe pour l'enlèvement des ordures ménagères, eau chaude et froide, assurance multirisques habitation
