Idéal pour étudiants. (j'ai toujours loué cette maison à des étudiants Epita, Ipsa, Effrei, Epitec) Pour information les charges sont estimatives et peuvent varier selon la consommation réelle. Le chauffage est individuel électrique (compteur EDF à votre nom ) et l'eau froide sera facturée selon la consommation, Contrat Alarme en sus.

Les étudiants m'apprécie pour ma disponibilité, j'habite juste à côté de la colocation. Je loge depuis 9 ans des étudiants principalement EPITA (école d'ingénieur)
La colocation est propre, au calme pour étudier, proche de toutes commodités. A 5 mn à Pieds du Tram T9.
J'ai souvent des mails des étudiants partis pour me donner de leur nouvelles.
