Un pavillon tout neuf de 105m² et à proximité des transports(Gare SNCF Noisy-le-Sec, 4 arrêts de bus, Tram T1) et des commerce ( entre autres 2 Carrefours et le fameux Westfield Rosny2 ) fait spécialement pour accueillir 4(max) jeunes étudiants ou stagiaires à Paris et environs. Vous auriez une chambre de 12 m² avec une fenêtre (et un balcon 2/4 chambres ont un balcon en plus) donnant sur le jardin et sans vis-à-vis ,un lit double, un bureau, une chaise, une armoire. Le pavillon contient deux salles de bains, une grande cuisine, une salle à manger donnant sur le jardin, un salon avec canapé, table base et télévision. Comme équipement vous auriez tous 4 plaques électriques, un four, un micro-ondes, un toaster, un bouilloire électrique, une machine à café, un blender, un cuiseur à riz électrique, un grand réfrigérateur congélateur, ainsi que toutes les autres ustensiles et articles de cuisine, une machine à laver automatique, deux sèches linges et un fer à repasser.
En plus d’être situé dans une zone pavillonnaire verte, calme, lumineuse et sécurisée le pavillon est connecté par un système de télésurveillances avec 2 cameras à l’entrée ainsi qu’un digicode.
English :
A stand-alone house built newly to welcome 4(at max) students or internees in Paris and region. Different means of transport are close to the house (4 different buses, Tram T1, and SNCF train station Noisy-le-Sec). It is also near to different markets, supermarkets (2 Carrefours) and the famous mall Westfield Rosny 2 . Each renter will have a private room of 12m² with a window ( and a balcony 2/4 rooms has a window and a balcony ) giving on the front garden or the backyard, a king size bed, a desk, a chair and a wardrobe. There are two showers/bathrooms in the house in addition to a big equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, microwave,4 hot plates, rice cooker, big freezer and refrigerator... and all the other kitchen equipment). There is also a big living room with a balcony, a tv, a sofa and a table-base. Also there is a big dining table facing the garden and two tumble driers and an iron. In addition to being located in a calm, luminous, green and secure residential area the house is connected to a security system with two cameras in the entrance and a digicode for the main gate.
