Une chambre disponible au 27 février, colocation avec 3 jeunes en 3ème année à l'UTT.

4 belles CHAMBRES, très lumineuses en colocation à 4 dans un appartement entièrement meublé de 120 m², venez juste avec vos valises ! Le loyer par chambre, + charges(eau, électricité, gaz, chauffage, internet).

Au dernier étage en duplex d’une petite copropriété de 16 logements avec ascenseur.
L’entrée du logement se situe au 4ème étage de la résidence avec une entrée, couloir desservant 2 chambres, 1 toilette, une buanderie, la cuisine, un coin séjour, une salle d’eau avec douche.
A l’étage: 2 chambres, 1 toilette, 1 salle de bain avec baignoire, un coin repos avec 2 fauteuils et table basse.

Eligible aux APL. Chaque chambre : 3 de 13 m² et 1 de 15 m² dispose de: 1 lit de 140x190 + matelas neuf, chevet + lampe, commode, un meuble de rangement, bureau+ fauteuil+ lampe, un dressing pour chaque chambre dans le couloir.
