We are Lauren et Nicolas, the new owners of a large home in the center of Montpellier, just a 5 minute walk rom the Gare Saint Roch. Our new home has hosted doznes of students in the past: the property is composed of 6 independent studios, one one-bedroom, as well as one three-bedroom apartment, all for the exclusive use of students and young professionals in Montpellier.

The apartment is right in front up two bus lines, and the line 3 tram (Place Carnot) is just a 3-minute walk from the house!

One of the largest and most beautiful apartments in the building is this one-bedroom apartment. On the first floor of this two-story building, it offers 40 metres of living space, including a large living room with open-plan remodelled kitchen, a large bay window looking out onto a little fenced-in park with palm trees, and a fully remodelled bathroom.
