La chambre se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de mon appartement, situé à 50 m du parc des Buttes Chaumont et à 15 mn du centre de Paris en transport. Une salle de douche privative est à côté de la chambre, la cuisine est à disposition ainsi qu'un lave-linge. Le quartier, bien desservi par les transports en commun, est vivant mais calme et très commerçant.
Je reçois des étudiants à mon domicile depuis plusieurs années. Constitué en duplex, l'appartement (100m²) permet de vivre de façon très autonome.
