Un grand salon très lumineux avec porte-fenêtre et rideaux électronique. Le séjour est équipé d'un grand canapé en cuir, d'une table à manger, d'une table basse, d'un buffet, d'un fauteuil suspendu...

Une cuisine ouverte avec plus haut niveau d'équipement : table à manger, four, lave-linge, cuisinière électrique à induction, lave-vaisselle. Un grand balcon très lumineux supplémentaire , vous peut se arrangé des plantes ou un table à manger d’extérieur.
