OÙ ? Idéalement située à quelques à minutes à pied du centre de Wavre, avec un accès rapide en voiture à tous les grands axes. Arrêt du bus 20 Ottignies et 42 Chastres à 4mn à pied et Gare à 16mn à pied. A quelques minutes du zoning de Wavre et de GSK Wavre.

La maison est répartie sur plusieurs niveaux:

- La cave

- Le rez-de-chaussée (espace commun) composé d'un grand séjour comprenant un salon et une salle à manger, une cuisine équipée, coin buanderie avec machine à laver/sèche-linge, une salle de douche et une toilette visiteur.

- Les 1e et le 2e étages composés des chambres ainsi que d’une salle de douche.
