I am renting this studio of 19 m² in the Thiers/Musiciens neighborhood just above Mozart park. The surroundings are very quiet and Nice train station is only 5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment has just been renovated. It is on the 6th and last floor with an elevator going up to the 5th floor.

It includes:
- a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave)
- a washing machine
- air conditioner
- a smart TV
- a convertible sofa 140 x 190 very comfortable

The monthly rental includes:
