I am renting this studio of 19 m² in the Thiers/Musiciens neighborhood just above Mozart park. The surroundings are very quiet and Nice train station is only 5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment has just been renovated. It is on the 6th and last floor with an elevator going up to the 5th floor.
It includes: - a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave) - a washing machine - air conditioner - a smart TV - a convertible sofa 140 x 190 very comfortable
The monthly rental includes: - Rental charges - Rent - Internet
There is a private parking just below the apartment (parking Mozart)

Most recent bill (electricity, telephone, etc…). Make sure the bill isn’t dated more than 3 months ago.
Last tax notice in full (4 pages). Make sure the guarantor’s taxable income is well above the minimum required by the landlord.
A document given to an employee when they have been paid, detailing the amount of pay given
