Une grande chambre à louer dans notre villa. Spacieuse, lumineuse, grand lit, bureau, rangements. Tout confort.
Nous la proposons à un étudiant(e) ou un jeune actif pour l'année universitaire.
Vous serez logé à l'étage avec les autres locataires et vous partagerez la cuisine, la salle de bain et WC.
Nous occupons le rez de chaussée.

Parking privé pour une voiture
1 mn à pied d'un arrêt de bus avec :
Accès direct à Sophia Antipolis par le bus n°26. Un changement à GRVSA pour SKEMA, l'école des Mines, DSTI, Eurecom... Notez bien qu'il y a 45 mn de trajet environ.
Accès direct à Nice ou Grasse par le bus n°650 (ex 500).
Accès Antibes et Cannes par le train via la gare SNCF de Cagnes sur Mer -bus 650 jusqu'à Cagnes sur Mer-.
Boulangerie à 2 mn à pied.
Grande surface et tous commerces à 10 mn.
Vous pouvez bénéficier de l'APL ou de l'ALS de la CAF.

Si nous avons de la disponibilité, nous accepterons aussi la location pour des périodes courtes, 3 mois minimum.

We offer it to a student -e- for the academic year, September - June.
You will be accommodated upstairs with the other tenants and you will share the kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet.
We occupy the ground floor.

Private parking for one car
1 min walk from a bus stop with:
Direct access to Sophia Antipolis by bus n° 26. A change at GRVSA for SKEMA, the Ecole des Mines, DSTI, Eurecom... Please note that the journey takes approximately 45 minutes.
Direct access to Nice or Grasse by bus n° 650 (ex 500).
Access Antibes and Cannes by train via the Cagnes sur Mer SNCF station -bus 650 to Cagnes sur Mer-.
Bakery 2 minutes walk.
Large area and all shops 10 minutes away.
You can benefit from the APL or the ALS from CAF.

If we have availability, we will also accept rentals for short periods, 3 month minimum.
