L’appartement est situé à Hérouville-Saint-Clair dans le quartier très calme de la « Grande Delle », très près du CROUS :

-Station de bus (ligne 6, 8 et 10) et de tramway (arrêt Château d’eau) à 2 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Campus 1 à 10 min en tramway. Fac de santé à 5 min, donc près du CHU et Centre François-Baclesse. Lycée salvador allende à 3 min à pied.

- Tous commerces à moins de 5 minutes à pied.
- Cinéma « café des images » à 5 min à pied, pour se détendre.
- Dans la résidence (juste au pied de l’immeuble), on trouve :
- un lieu pour barbecue
- un terrain (pelouse) de football
- un terrain de pétanque

L’appartement est situé au 6eme étage avec un accès par interphone. Il y a 2 ascenseurs pour l’immeuble.

Un parking libre est disponible à côté de l'immeuble. Un local à vélo au rez-de-chaussée est également disponible.

La chambre est lumineuse, avec vue dégagée, et équipée :
