This quiet 18 m² room, overlooking a peaceful garden, is located on the first floor and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and closet. West-facing, it gets plenty of natural light in the afternoon.
Large bathroom with bathtub, shared with one other room.

House Features:
Located in a five-room home with a shared terrace and garden.
High-speed internet is available throughout the house. This welcoming environment often hosts 2-3 students from different countries; currently, we have guests from India and Mexico, Nadia and Ashwini. We mostly speek english at home.
Cooking and meals are shared occasionally.
Cleaning lady once a week in common areas.

Ideal Location for Students:
Situated in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Saint Donatien / Rond-Point de Paris, the house is between Nantes city center and major universities, engineering schools, and business colleges. The area offers a variety of nearby supermarkets and shops within walking distance, as well as easy access to public transportation (Bus lines C1, 11, 21, 23, 70, and C6).
