Bonjour à tous,

Nous louons 3 chambres dans une superbe colocation, entièrement meublée et équipée. Les chambres sont disponibles dès maintenant.
Idéalement placée : bus L5, L10, C02 à proximité. Gare de Loos à 7 min à pied. CHU, prépas et fac de médecin à 15 min en bus. Rue commerçante à 2 min avec tous les commerces.

La colocation :
Appartement de 82 m². L’entrée s’ouvre sur une grande pièce avec le salon et cuisine toute équipée (four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, etc). L’espace buanderie est à part et équipé d’une machine à laver.
Les trois chambres ont leur propre salle de bain (chambre 1 et 3 intégrée dans la chambre). Pour la chambre 2, la salle de bain est dans le couloir (mais plus grande). Toutes les chambres sont meublées et équipées de bureaux. Les superficies sont comprises entre 12 et 14 m² (hors sdb).
Un grand placard dans le couloir est disponible. Une cave est aussi à votre disposition si besoin.

Loyer :
495 euros par chambre, internet inclus.
Prévoir 55 € pour une provision de charges suivantes, facturées selon votre consommation réelles (taxe ordures ménagères, électricité, eau, gaz) Caution 2 mois de loyer.
