Super studio de 20m² entièrement refait, meublé et tout équipé dans le centre ville de Cannes
Situé rue Jean de Riouffe, très proche de la rue d’Antibes, la gare et le Palais
Au 2eme étage sans ascenseur, en plein centre, mais au calme car donnant sur une cour, exposé plein sud, 2 grandes fenêtres, très lumineux toute la journée, climatisation/chauffage réversible.
Dans la pièce principale, une cuisine neuve et toute équipée (four micro ondes, plaques induction, hotte, frigo/congélateur, machine DolceGusto, grille pain, bouilloire, lave linge séchant), un espace repas et/ou bureau avec table et 2 chaises, une télé connectée, la fibre, un espace nuit avec un vrai grand lit de 160x200cm, un coin canapé.
Dans l’entrée, un placard avec penderie, étagères, fer à repasser et planche, étendoir, nécessaire de ménage.
Enfin une salle de bain en béton ciré, avec douche, vasque, WC suspendus et sèche serviettes.
Le studio est très confortable et très bien situé.
Disponible de fin octobre à début mars (dates à définir).
