La chambre : 12m², plus dressing séparé de 3m² avec étagères et tringles, est orientée à l’ouest. Elle dispose d’un lit en 140 cm avec matelas mémoire de forme, oreillers, couettes hiver et été, draps et serviettes de toilette, grand bureau, fauteuil, commode, et un ventilateur au plafond. Pour non-Fumeur seulement. Disponible à partir du 21 Juillet 2025.

Je me présente : Jérôme, 32 ans, actuellement en formation RH, aimant les animaux, les miniatures et cuisiner. Je possède un chat un peu timide. Je cherche un/une colocataire, plutôt calme à partir du 24 Février, idéalement étudiant en fin d’études.
L’appartement de 80 m², traversant est-ouest, est situé au 4e étage avec ascenseur. Il possède une grande pièce à vivre climatisée de 32 m², avec balcon, canapé et fauteuils en cuir ainsi qu’un téléviseur, une jolie cuisine complètement équipée (four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, frigo-congélateur) et un coin buanderie avec une machine à laver et tout ce qu’il faut pour faire le ménage. Internet par fibre à disposition.
L’immeuble est entouré d’un parc arboré et n’est accessible qu’avec un badge. Quelques places de parc non réservées sont disponibles à l’intérieur de la résidence. Un magasin Picard Surgelés, un petit Lidl et une bonne boulangerie se trouvent juste à côté. L’arrêt Pergola du T3 est à 5 minutes à pied, et le bus 10 (arrêt Saint Clément) juste en face.
Le loyer de 450€ par mois s’entend toutes charges comprises avec Internet.
