Salle de bain avec 2 vasques et une douche tout confort.
Cuisine ouverte sur le salon, climatisé.
Belle véranda exposée plein Sud, donnant sur la cour de l'immeuble, très calme.
Disponible à partir du 1er septembre 2024 pour une durée maximale de 10 mois.
Linge de lit et de toilette non-fourni.
Possibilité de parking gratuit dans la rue.
