situé au 4 ème et dernier étage au coeur de juan les pins, très proche du bord de mer avec petite vue sur mer, ce logement est à proximité de toutes les commodités, magasins (petit supermarché casino au pied de l immeuble ouvert 7/7 jusqu'à 20 h), la pinède, plages, gare ferroviaire (5mn à pied), quartier piétonnier... l'appartement en lui même est très agréable et moderne, refait à neuf et disposant de tout confort. L'appartement est assez aéré autour et de ce fait très lumineux avec de multiple exposition le Salon est sud et ouest, les chambres ouest et nord. Etant situé sur une extrémité de l'immeuble il y a très peu de voisin et vous serez assez isolé. Constitué d'une première chambre ouest de 10 m² et d'une autre Nord et ouest de 12 m² ainsi qu'un salon salle à manger avec coin cuisine de 18m². il y a une climatisation réversible dans chaque pièce.
