Je vous propose une colocation composée de 4 chambres dont deux sont actuellement occupées.
Elle est située à proximité de l’arrêt de bus Glaïeuls desservi par la ligne 12 (moins de 5 minutes)et l’arrêt Croix du Pâtre desservi par la ligne 12 et C7 (moins de 5 minutes). L’arrêt de Tram Etienne Grappe desservi par la ligne D se trouve également à moins de 15 minutes à pied du logement.
La pharmacie du village à 5 min à pied ainsi que Leclerc et Carrefour City situés à proximité vous permettront de vous fournir dans les produits du quotidien.
Cet appartement se compose d’un salon avec canapé, table basse, TV et d’une cuisine tout équipé en électroménager dont un lave-vaisselle (ce qui n'est pas du luxe ;) ).
Une buanderie avec machine à laver est également accessible au fond de cette cuisine.
Une salle de bain séparée des WC viennent compléter ce logement.
