Description of the accommodation

L’appartement se situe dans un pavillon. Il a été refait à neuf en 2016, Il est à 5 minutes à pied du Tram T9 (porte de Choisy-Orly Gaston Viens) et de toutes les commodités (commerces, banques, salles de sport, restaurants) et à 20 minutes à pied de la ligne7 du Métro.

Il est composé d’un séjour, de 3 chambres, d’une cuisine ouverte entièrement aménagée et équipée (vaisselle, micro-ondes, cuisinière vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur), d’une salle d’eau avec lave-linge et d’un WC séparé. Il dispose de 2 grands balcons. La porte est sécurisée.
