Ce grand appartement d’une superficie d’environ 100 m² est entièrement équipé. La chambre encore disponible, d'une superficie de plus de 11 m², est équipée d’un lit double pour votre confort, d’un bureau et sa chaise , et d’une grande armoire.

Dans la cuisine, vous trouverez tout l’électroménager (neuf) nécessaire pour vos moments de partages culinaires : four, plaque de cuisson vitrocéramique, machine à café, micro-ondes, grand réfrigérateur et lave-vaisselle.

Vous trouverez également un lave-linge dans la salle de bain, et une centrale vapeur pour le soin de votre linge. L’appartement dispose d’une box internet avec fibre, d'une TV 4K, et d’une imprimante – scanner pour l’impression en toute sérénité de vos rapports ou documents administratifs.

Besoin de prendre un peu d'air ? le balcon vous accueillera volontiers. La cave de l'appartement est mise à disposition pour l’usage exclusif de garage de vélos/trotinette des colocataires.
