Quiet and safe building, with a guardian, apartment located on 5th of elevator, 2 balcony with nice view.
New furbished apartment, well equipped kitchen, nice washing room: fridge, microwave, washing& drying machine..
All rooms are including: comfortable bed, cupboard, study desk, and various decoration, you'll only need to bring your own bed sheets!
Charges amount is based on historical invoice, can be adjusted if there is overconsumption.
Minimum stay is 6 months(can be reduced to 5.5 months according to certains conditions)
