Elle offre des prestations de qualité : grande cuisine toute équipée, salon, salle à manger et jardin aménagé. Elle est équipée d’un lave-linge, un sèche-linge et un lave-vaisselle. Chaque colocataire dispose d’une salle de douche et WC privatifs. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d’un lit double (sauf la chambre 3 qui a un lit simple), rangements, bureau et télé murale.
