Hej/Bonjour/Hello. We are a swedish family and when we can't be in our appartment i Nice we would like to rent it out to a student who needs a calm place for studies and leisure.
We speak Swedish (and understand Norweigan), english and french. And we can some basic german (like order a cup of coffee).
