Studio tout équipé, proche gare de Lyon (rer A et D, métro 14, 1...), quartier animé, nombreux commerces, coulée verte pour se promener, appartement au calme donnant sur une cour, électricité d'origine renouvelable, à visiter! NB: Le studio a environ 1m² de plafond abimé, il y a eu un dégat des eaux il y a un an mais maintenant le problème est réglé.
