Welcome to Kampus 30, the place to live for students in the Nimoise region. Opened in 2017, the student residence Kampus 30 is both modern, colorful and pleasant. Read on, you will be ""espanté(e)"" as we say here ;)

Much more than a student accommodation, UXCO promises you a memorable experience in its residence. Entirely conceived and designed for the success and comfort of students, it is composed of co-living spaces, apartments adapted for sharing and offers a complete range of services to simplify your daily life.

The student apartments (T1/T2) are fully furnished and equipped. Some of them are even suitable for co-living. Designed by an interior architect, our apartments have a refined design and careful decoration, which allows for optimized, functional and comfortable space management. These havens of peace have a living space with an office area, a sleeping area, a kitchen area and a private bathroom, while being bright.

Large common areas including a common kitchen, chill out & coworking areas, a fitness area, a laundry room, are accessible to all residents. The decoration and layout have been designed to create friendly spaces, conducive to meetings.
Finally, Vincent, the residence manager, is present for all the residents and organizes events throughout the year that give the residence a sense of living in a large shared apartment.
