The UXCO Docks 29 residence offers 99 studios spread over 8 floors.

They are each composed of a fully equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob, extractor, top fridge and crockery kit), a bedroom area, an office area with storage, and an independent bathroom with WC, shower , and vanity unit. In terms of decoration, the residence presents an assumed maritime style, mixing vintage and industrial furniture reminiscent of the Brest docks.
