Colocation dans un très bel appartement entièrement refait à neuf, plein sud avec balcon, lumineux, dans un immeuble bien entretenu, très sécurisé avec digicode + interphone, ascenseur et gardien.

Chambre de 11,5m² au calme sans aucun bruit de voiture car donnant côté cours (on entend même les oiseaux !) avec également des cloisons phoniques aux murs.

Actuellement deux colocataires 26 et 29 ans très sympa !
