Je loue un appartement 3 pièces lumineux, composé de 2 chambres spacieuses et un salon/cuisine, tout équipé avec design moderne.

Idéal pour étudiants ou jeunes actifs, il se situe dans immeuble récemment rénové avec une impasse sécurisée en plein centre de Golfe Juan, proche de toutes commodités et à 2 min à pied du port, des plages et de la gare SNCF (aucune nuisance sonore).

Il se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture de Sophia Antipolis et a 10 minutes de l’autoroute A8 direction Nice ou Cannes.

L’appartement dispose d’une cave, idéal pour ranger des vélos, et d’une place de parking sécurisée inclus dans le prix. Les charges de copropriétés de 65 Euros et internet sont également compris dans le prix CC.
Les frais d'électricité et d'eau ne sont pas inclus, cela dépend de votre consommation mais la moyenne est de 30Eur mensuel par personne.

Pas de frais d’agence, je demande 2 mois de loyers en tant que dépôt de garantie, qui seront restitués à la fin du contrat, comme l’indique la législation pour les locations meublées.
