Joli 3 pièces meublé totalement rénové idéal pour étudiants de Sèvres, Paris ou Versailles. Il dispose de 2 grandes chambres doubles, d'un coin salon, d’une belle cuisine équipée et de rangements spacieux. Il offre également une petite salle de bain fonctionnelle, des WC séparés et un petit espace extérieur.

Situé sur les hauteurs de Sèvres dans un coin calme et verdoyant à côté de la forêt, il est néanmoins à 5 min à pied des commerces et restaurants et du bus 171 qui dessert le métro et le tramway ou Versailles dans l'autre sens. De plus les deux gares de Sèvres vers Saint Lazare ou vers Montparnasse ne sont qu'à 10 minutes de marche.
Le draps et serviettes sont fournis et changés chaque semaine lors de la prestation ménage obligatoire.
