Collocation étudiante au sein d’une belle maison semi-bourgeoise, idéalement située au calme et à proximité immédiate l’ensemble des commodités : commerces, pharmacie, transport (arrêt de bus à 50m) et permettant de rejoindre à pied : le centre Mc ArthurGlen (5min), la station de métro Eurotéléport (7min) et des nombreuses écoles (ESMOD, Infocom, ESAAT, ENSAIT, etc) en 10 min dont l’EDHEC que vous pourrez rejoindre en 10 min à vélo ou en trottinette.

La station Eurotéléport vous permettra de rejoindre Lille en 20 min.

Honoraire complémentaire à la charge du locataire comprenant : frais de dossier + rédaction du bail + l’état des lieux entrée/sortie à régler directement auprès de la conciergerie (150€).

Les charges comprennent : prestation d’intendance (ménage des parties communes tous les 15 jours, entretien du jardin), eau chaude / eau froide, taxe ordure ménagère, Internet, chaines incluses dans le forfait de la box.

Conditions de location : chaque colocataire devra présenter une assurance de responsabilité civile + une garantie VISALE ou Studapart ou équivalent
