Agréable colocation de 4 chambres dans une belle maison à Roubaix.

La maison est à la fois proche du centre de Roubaix, du parc Barbieux, de la Potennerie et du Nouveau Roubaix où se trouvent pas mal de commerces, dont la meilleure boulangerie de la ville :)
Elle est à 20 min à pied (10 min en bus) des métros Euroteleport et Roubaix Grand Place (lui même à 25 min de Lille Flandres). À vélo le trajet est assez simple (grand boulevard), il y a environ 10km jusqu'à Lille Flandres.

La maison est équipée d'une télé, d'un lave linge d'un sèche linge, cafetière, bouilloire, fer à repasser, lave vaisselle, aspirateur, micro onde, four, frigidaire, congélateur, abonnement Netflix, et une femme de ménage fera le ménage des parties communes une fois par semaine.

Dans la maison : deux salles de bains, 2 toilettes, un grand séjour, cuisine équipée.
Chaque chambre est équipée d'un bureau et de rangements.
