Bonjour,
J'ai acheté ce bel appartement il y a un an en m’installant à Rennes.
Avec mon conjoint nous attendons un bébé et allons déménager le 1er septembre. Je mets donc à disposition mon appartement pour une durée maximale de 3 mois, renouvelable, mais l’idée est de pouvoir tous les trois mois recevoir de la famille environ 10 jours, d’où la limite de durée de séjour.
Si vous aimez le charme et l’atypique vous vous y sentirez très bien, avec ses poutres apparentes et ses espaces mansardés à l’étage. Salon et espace de vie spacieux en bas.
Proche de toutes commodités, commerces et transports. A 10 minutes à pieds de la gare. Très calme et lumineux. Deuxième et dernier étage.
