- Appartement de 4chambres, de 10 à 14m² situe au 56 rue Emile Zola, à deux pas de l'arrêt de tram St-Thomas (3min), et des commerces de l'avenue de Laon ( bio coop,carrefour city bars, restaurants, coiffeurs, banques... ).


*La gare centre est accessible en 10 min à pied, et l'hyper centre en 13min à pied ou par tram.
Pour visualiser les trajets en transport en commun dans Reims, utilisez CITURA; Google ne connait le tram de Reims.


L'appartement est au 5e étage (donc très lumineux) avec ascenseur d'un immeuble sécurisé et aux communs bien entretenus.
