Location de 4 chambres dans une colocation de 74m² refait entièrement à neuf en juin 2020.

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier pavillonnaire à 7min à pied du RER D et 5min à pied du tramway T5.

L'appartement dispose d'une grande cuisine, et de deux salles de bains wc (une salle de bains pour 2 personnes).
L'électroménager et le mobilier sont neufs.

La chambre est entièrement meublée avec : un lit gigogne, une télé, un frigo, un garde manger, un bureau, différents rangements tels que des rangements à chaussures et une grande armoire trois portes avec penderie, etc.
Chaque chambre à sa propre clé individuelle.

L'appartement est situé proche de toutes commodités : supermarché, pharmacie, réseau de transport, salle de sport, université, etc.

Les charges comprises sont : assurance habitation, eau, électricité, chauffage et également internet fibre+ une femme de ménage pour le nettoyage des parties communes.


Pour le dossier de candidature, nous exigeons systématiquement un garant (Visale et GarantMe, Studapart par exemple) et un dépôt de garantie équivalent à 1 mois de loyer hors charges.
