Entirely new, the residence is located in a safe residential area. About 15 minutes' walk from the city centre and the SNCF train station, it is also close to the higher education establishments located in Orléans-centre (IUFM, ESCEM, IFPM, SUPUNFO, ECOCAMPUS...). There is a bus line at the foot of the residence and it is only 400 m from tramway line B, which takes 20 minutes to reach the universities in the Source district.
