A louer aux étudiants responsables qui respectent les voisins et prennent soin de l'appartement. Les fêtes sauvages ne sont pas autorisées dans la copropriété, mais en échange un logement sympa est proposé dans un appartement calm et charmant à deux pas de la mer et centre ville.

Hej/Bonjour/Hello. We are a swedish family and when we can't be in our appartment i Nice we would like to rent it out to a student who needs a calm place for studies and leisure.
We speak Swedish (and understand Norweigan), english and french. And we can some basic german (like order a cup of coffee).
This is our private apartment - so therefore we really like to rent it out to someone who also care about our neighbors and takes care of the apartment. :)
