Ce 2 pièces de 45 m² avec clim est situé en plein centre de Nice (quartiers Jean Médecin / Notre-Dame), à proximité immédiate du tram, de la gare SNCF et du Monoprix. Le Vieux Nice et la Promenade des Anglais sont à 10 à 15 minutes à pied.

Il est au 5e étage (sans ascenseur) et est donc très calme, sans vis à vis.
