75% September rent reduction for Nexity Studéa residences in the following cities: Aix en Provence / Marseille / Nantes / Roubaix / Strasbourg (excluding opening hours) / Rennes / Toulouse / and the Studéa Moulin and Studéa Lille Centre residences Eligibility conditions: - Subscription to a standard or multiple-unit rental agreement with an effective date before July 4, 2025. - Offer valid from April 9, 2025 to June 2, 2025. - The client must return a coupon to benefit from the offer. It must be sent by email with acknowledgment of receipt before July 20, 2025 to the following address: RESA-STUDEA@nexity.fr + Email subject: SEPTEMBER OFFER COUPON. The coupon must be sent separately from the rental agreement by the client, otherwise the client will not be eligible for the offer. NO COUPON SHOULD BE GIVEN TO RESIDENCE MANAGERS. - In the event of failure of the exam, the client must notify the Residence Manager by telephone or email as soon as the results are released for a refund (with a grace period up to and including July 9, 2025). - If the client does not respond before July 9, 2025, we will consider the client to have passed the exam. The rental agreement will therefore be active, and we will proceed with the accounting record of the client's file. - If the tenant vacates their accommodation before the 6-month rental period, the September rent, offered as part of this offer, will be re-invoiced by Nexity Studéa upon the tenant's departure. - This offer cannot be combined with any other Nexity Studéa offer, with the exception of the referral offer and one-off commercial offers.
