Situé à proximité immédiate de Nanterre Université (RER A), 1 chambre se libère dans une colocation de 3 étudiants (les 2 étudiants en place sont 2 jeunes filles étudiantes en 2ème année de droit à l’université de Nanterre).
Appartement entièrement refait à neuf et tout équipé, traversant, très calme, très lumineux (orienté sud-est), sans vis-à-vis et entouré de verdure.

L’appartement est situé au 1er étage sur 3 et dispose d’une superficie de 65m² (T4). Le logement est éligible aux APLs (baux individuels possibles).

CE LOGEMENT SE COMPOSE DE :
- Une cuisine toute équipée avec micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, congélateur, plaques de cuisson induction, four multifonctions, vaisselle complète et ustensiles de cuisine, lave-vaisselle, lave linge séchant, machine à café expresso, bouilloire et grille-pain.
- Un salon / salle à manger lumineux exposé sud-est avec un canapé, un vidéoprojecteur connectée à la box internet (Netflix etc accessible), Wi-Fi avec fibre optique haut débit ainsi qu'une table à manger (qui n’est pas encore sur les photos mais est en cours d’achat).
- 3 Chambres avec : lit double (140cm x 190cm), table de chevet, grande penderie, bureau et chaise. 2 chambres sur 3 disposent de leur balcon privatif équipé avec chaise longue, table et chaises.
- 1 salle de bain avec une grande baignoire et vasque
- WC indépendant

Équipements supplémentaires : vidéoprojecteur, local vélo, lave-linge, sèche linge, fer à repasser avec table, aspirateur et équipements de ménage.

LOYER : 600 € + 50€ de charges par chambre (Internet, eau chaude, chauffage, électricité et ménage des parties communes de l’appartement 1 fois toutes les 2 semaines) + dépôt de garantie de 800€.

• À 5 mn en bus et 10 mn à pieds de l’université de Nanterre et du RER A Nanterre Université qui relie Paris en 15mn
• A 5 mn à pied de l’hôpital Max Fourestier et de l’IFSI de Nanterre
• A 10mn à pied du tram T2 arrêt Victor Basch qui dessert La Défense en 10mn
• A 3 mn à pied d’un supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie, tabac, bars et restaurants
