Bonjour,

Je propose une chambre meublée en colocation à Mulhouse quartier Brustlein. L'arrêt final du bus C7 en direction de l'hôpital Émile Müller en passant par la gare de Mulhouse ville se trouve juste devant l'immeuble. Vers la fonderie le trajet dure 28min en bus avec un changement.
La chambre (comprise dans un appartement de 4 chambres) se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble.

Il offre :
- En utilisation commune un WC, une douche avec baignoire.
- Une cuisine équipée avec cuisinière électrique, réfrigérateur et placard.
- Un placard de rangement au couloir.
- Un balcon couvert relié à la cuisine.
- une télé dans chaque chambre
Les chambres sont louées individuellement de la façon suivante:
- 2 chambres moyennes
- 2 grandes chambres
- Charges 20€

Les charges comprennent :
- La propreté de l'immeuble, l'éclairage, des parties communes, l'eau froide
- Dans l'appartement on compte aussi le chauffage au gaz, l'eau chaude l'électricité

- Électroménager à disposition: lave-linge, four électrique, cuisinière, réfrigérateur avec grand compartiment congélateur, grille-pain, bouilloire, micro-onde
- Une ménagère vient une fois par semaine faire le ménage générale des parties communes
Les pièces de l'appartement sont visibles sur les photos.
Les magasins tels que Lidl et super U sont disponibles à 5min à pied de l'appartement.
