Située à 5 minutes à pied du tram Ligne N° 1 - station St Paul - elle est proche des Facs et du centre commercial St Paul avec tous commerces pas chers. Jardin agréable, barbecues, vue et accès direct sur parc Malbosc, sans vis à vis. Le jardin est de plein pied avec la chambre et directement accessible. Le mobilier est neuf, télévision et internet compris dans le prix.
Les charges de 40 euros sont des avances maximum sur charges. Il y aura régularisation en fin de bail tous les mois selon factures d'eau et EDF en fonction des dépenses réelles de la communauté.
Durée de la location : de Mars à juillet 2025, éventuellement reconductible pour l'année scolaire suivante
