On vous propose 2 appartements en colocation. Bail meublé individuel avec préavis d'un mois et dépôt de garantie d'un mois. Pas de frais d'agence, pas de charges.
#1. L'appartement est situé rue Couperin à Rouen, dans le quartier calme des hauts de Rouen. L’arrêt de bus est au pied de la résidence - station TEOR "Sainte-Claire" (ligne T2). 15 min du centre ville. Pour ceux qui sont en voiture, l’accès à l’autoroute A28 vers Amiens et vers la rive gauche et Paris via le pont Mathilde est pratique et tout proche. Le stationnement est libre et gratuit à l’arrière de la résidence.
- Hyper-centre (Théâtre des Arts) = 20 min TEOR 2 ; 15 min voiture
- Gare Rouen rive Droite = Théâtre des Arts + 2 min en metro/10 min à pied ; 15min voiture
