In addition to the sunshine that will warm your heart, our residence is located opposite the
medical school (opposite the Marseille Timone hospital). Close to the metro stop 1 which serves the
the mythical old port of Marseille, the shopping centre "les terrasses du port" and the Saint
Charles train station. Everything is within your reach to discover this magnificent city where you will spend your best years.

We offer furnished and equipped studios (18 to 22m²) to T2 including sleeping area (120cm bed or double bed), desk, storage space, equipped kitchenette (hotplates, fridge, microwave, crockery kit) with dining table and chairs, shower room with WC, cleaning kit.

Many services are included in the rent:
