50% reduction on September rent for Nexity Studéa residences in the following cities: Nice (excluding opening) / Sophia Antipolis/ Lyon / Bron / Villeurbanne / Bordeaux / Mérignac / Talence / Cenon Conditions of eligibility: - Subscription to a classic or multiple rental contract with an effective date before 04/07/2025 inclusive. - Offer valid from April 9, 2025 to June 2, 2025 inclusive - The customer must return a coupon to benefit from the offer. It must be sent by e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt before 07/2025 inclusive to the following address: RESA-STUDEA@nexity.fr + Subject of e-mail: COUPON OFFRE SEPTEMBER The coupon must be sent separately from the rental contract by e-mail by the customer, otherwise the customer will not be eligible for the offer. NO COUPON SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE RESIDENCE MANAGER. - In the event of failure to pass the exam, the customer must notify the residence manager by telephone or e-mail as soon as the results are published, in order to obtain a refund (with a tolerance up to and including July 09, 2025). - If no reply is received by July 09, 2025 inclusive, the customer will be deemed to have passed the exam. The rental contract will then be active and we will proceed with the accounting registration of his file. - If the tenant leaves the property before 6 months of rental, the September rent, offered as part of this offer, will be re-invoiced by Nexity Studéa when the tenant leaves. - Offer cannot be combined with any other Nexity Studéa offer, with the exception of the sponsorship offer and one-off commercial offers.
