Chaque chambre est équipée d’une armoire-penderie, d’un lit 120×190 avec un matelas confort hôtel de 20cm d’épaisseur, d’un bureau de travail ainsi que d’un coin salon doté d’un canapé avec table basse ou d’un fauteuil et d’un tabouret moelleux, et d’une commode. Le tout avec une décoration de qualité.

Nous mettons à votre disposition tout ce dont vous avez besoin : lave-linge séchant, aspirateur, linge de lit (1 parure complète par chambre), internet haut-débit, table et fer à repasser.

Les espaces communs : Entrée - Cuisine entièrement équipée - Salle de bains entièrement équipée et toilettes séparées.

A votre disposition vous avez un lave-vaisselle, un four/ micro-ondes ainsi que tous les accessoires nécessaires à la cuisine (casseroles, poêles, vaisselle, couverts…), ainsi qu’une table haute et des tabourets de bar (idéale pour les repas et collation)

Tout est en excellent état (première mise en location à la rentrée 2020).

Cet appartement se situe dans la rue Bonvoisin :
- à 2 minutes à pieds de l’université.
- à 10 min à pieds du Centre Commercial Coty
- à 500 m d’un arrêt de tram
